It "can" work, but what do you want/expect from the unit? Did some searches and didn't see a lot about the unit other than what appears to be some fixed ECM upgrades. Will it give you the advertised HP/Torque upgrades? Probably not.
And looking at various sites that appear to sell them, there is nothing I found with this device in stock, or even showing a price. Where did you see this?
Have you thought about a budget for power improvements? There's an old saying that was typically posted in performance shops that said "Speed costs money. How fast do you want to go?" While that applied years and years ago, it's still valid today. Just takes a lot more money
