Convert Targa to Fixed/solid roof?
I'm not "really" considering this (kind of... not really)..... more academic curiosity.
What would be required to convert a Targa top coupe to a true solid/fixed roof (still keeping the coupe lines and back hatch)? I would think it would be a matter of getting the roof panel from a Z06/FRC and gluing it in place of the Targa, but not sure.
Curiosity and all....

Studying the pictures of the FRC to Targa conversion, I don't think it will be that simple. The roof panel and rear pillars are one piece, and the shape of the halos are different from coupe to FRC.
Probably the best method would be to get a solid targa top and fabricate some brackets for permanent mounting. Remove the weatherstrips between the roof front and rear, mount the top with the brackets, and fill in the gaps with fiberglass filler. Sand, paint, and install FRC windshield trim piece.
