C5 heater does not blow hot air on passenger side
I recently bought my husband a 98 Black C5 for our 25th Anniversary. It is now showing vacuum codes B0361, B0363, B0365, B0367, and B0441. I cleared the codes and these are the ones that came back. Air seems to work fine but passenger side heat is blowing ice cold. What I’m reading says it could be actuator or fuse, or could be a hose leak behind the intake which seems like it would be a job to fix yourself? Just looking for advice, time/cost saving measures, and tips from others who have had this same issue and codes.

My 1998 does the exact opposite, blows hot on the passengers side and cold on the drivers. I didn't do it yet but the first thing would be to reset the actuator via the fuse. Just google it, it will come up with the correct fuse. Let us know how you make out, and I'll do the same.

Mine does the same thing. Pretty sure it's the blend door actuator. I'll be digging into it this spring once things warm up. You've got to remove the whole dash to get to the passenger one.
