Help with C5 4.10 Gear Sets??
I've been told Motive Gear is out of stock for the 2002 C5 4.10 gear sets until mid December. I also know that a distributers costs are below $325. Can anyone recommend a shop that sells the gear sets for a reasonable price? Breathless Performance wants $595!!

I paid $1195 for a complete set. From what I've heard, it's best to go ahead and get the whole unit as it's fairly difficult and requires special tools to swap gears out on C5's. Very fun mod, though!! :D

I have almost identical mods being purchased (except I might add the LS6 intake and I will probably buy the SLP Headers) - What do you think your 1/4mile time is now with the gears? - I may go with the complete set for the 4.10... Where did you get your 4.10s? Did you purchase the hardened shaft separately? Was there a lot more noise? Thanks for the info.
