Autodim Mirror Map Lights, fuse problem?

Autodim Mirror Map Lights, fuse problem?
So a slight annoyance with my 01 is when I open the door the map lights do not turn on. I only have the light coming from the corners of the interior since they were swapped for LED bulbs.
When driving at night it does emit a very faint amber light over the shifter. I vaguely remember when I bought the car last year it glowed green when the doors opened.
Do I have a fuse or relay problem? When the fuses were pulled, they were not blown. Only issue I saw was on the fuse was the blades were very brown right below the housing.

A few weeks ago my rear view mirro map lights didn’t light up, along with my sun visor vanity lights.
It was a fuse in the fuse box inside the car by the passengers feet compartment. Something like a fuse #2 or #10. I’ll have to double check, but take a look at those.
