Default Anyone drop a cool Body on a C5 chassis?

So I have a low mileage C-5 Corvette with fibreglass damage all around. The car runs and drives perfect. It's a shame to sell it for parts yet it's not worth doing all the fibreglass repairs to put it back on the road. Has anyone installed a different body on a C-5 Corvette? I realize it would be a lot of work so it only makes sense to install a desirable car body, preferably Chevy on a Corvette. Ideas anyone?
Thx

How about one of the "retro" 1953 Corvette bodies?

I always wanted to put a PT Cruiser body on a C5 chassis. Maybe Roadkill would do it.

When I lived in Memphis I pulled up to a stoplight next to this. I thought to myself that it sounded damn good for a Honda. I had heard tales of a local guy shortening the chassis of a wrecked c5 to put on a Honda Civic body shell, but I had dismissed it as being tall tales.

Those Porsche transaxles are like unobtainium though (or priced like it).
