Default I need some tech advice plz....

I want more power! I currently have a 00 MN6 coupe with Corsa Indy's and a Blackwing for mods. What should I do now? I was thinking either a Katech stage 2 heads and stage 3 cam and maybe a set of headers, or doing a force induction setup.

This is my daily driver and only form of transportation, so reliabilty is a HUGE factor. I was initially planning on self installing the Cerra Single Turbo, but they haven't even installed one on a customers car yet, and they've had his car for like 3 weeks (this makes me nervous...!). If they can't do it in a week, how the heck could I?

I was now thinking maybe the Magneson (sp), which would be in my price range if I didn't have to pay sales tax on it. But I live in AZ, so I would have to pay 8% on top of the normal price from Xtreme. That puts me over budget (pesky sales tax!). I was looking to only spend ~8k for FI and ~5k heads/cam/headers.

The procharger was an option, but like I said, I live in AZ and the heat is just too much for that setup. I've heard too many horror stories about them, and I can't have my daily driver overheating on me. Also the 230-240 temp range it runs at seems way to high.

What do you guys suggest....? It will be mainly a street car, and I will go to the track every once in a while for some runs.

Heads and Cam would be a great choice for you. The only problem with HP is that you always want more. :yesnod:  :smash:

Actually there is a second problem. As you get more, you increase your risk of breaking something.. :jester
