Proform oil cap movement

It also has some movement in it now where I can slightly lift it off the valve cover a bit (think pushing/pulling to vc face). I think this could be affecting my vacuum leak issue. Not to mention the little bit of oil found around the base of the cap on the valve cover.
I found on the forced induction section of the forum that there is a newer cap style that is supposedly better. But every picture I find of it just shows the black crinkle face and not the seal. Part no. is 141-629. Does anyone have this and can show me what the seal side looks like, or compare to my pictures below of the one I have now. Any other recommendations on a better sealing and reliable long lasting cap for these covers?
Car is N/A with simple bolt ons. No heads, cam, blower. Wanted these for the look, and do not want to weld and repowdercoat anything just so you know in advance.

At my lunch break today, I ran to Advance Auto Parts and they had the other press in part number on the shelf. Was going to just grab one for the heck of it, but I noticed it did not have the flared end to it at all. I felt like that would be even worse. At least mine will stay in because of the flared end to create the channel as I call it. If the new one were to fail in the same way, I'd for sure lose the cap and have oil spraying everywhere.
