Default 2002 C5 Coupe dash lights flashing
Dash lights flashing. When turn signals engaged, flasher comes on. Also, while dash lights are flashing, front turn signals flash very dimly. Rear lights work correctly. Also, noticed fog lamps not working at all, fuse OK.

its usually a good to look for a ground problem when crazy stuff happens.
