C5 no start problems
A little back story: 2 months ago I noticed my battery voltage was very low, so I check the wiring on the starter and around the battery to find a burned power wire from the alternator. I replace it with a new 4-6 gauge wire and it fixed the problem. I was then receiving 14v running and 12v off. Problem solved right?...nope. My dad installed the wire without a locking washer and at some point it touched the purple trigger wire and moved the car forward into the garage being in 1st gear, overnight.
Now, since I was planning on doing a HCI on the car I figured since the longtubes are coming off to change the burnt starter, I might as well just stuff the heads and everything else in there. After a month, everything is back together and we replaced all the affected wires in the starter harness.
The Present Problem: My car doesn't get any fuel, I checked for codes and everything is saying no communication to the PCM and my gauges are saying low fuel and voltage, my temp gauge is all the way up on high. I double checked all my communications and everything is plugged in and in the right location.
My guess is that there may be three culprits: #1 might be a bad ignition switch #2 Serial Data Buss #3 PCM Ground
Let me know what you think, any suggestions are welcome, thanks!.

Also forgot to mention that i only see 11.5 in volts on my dashboard, is that enough for the fuel pump to prime?
No that's not enough voltage, You should get 12.4 - 12.5 with a multi meter at the battery .. Charge the battery, You can pull it out and take it to AutoZone and they will check it for you...
