We know about the Radio Flyer and Depo lights. What’s everyone’s setup and what made you go this route? Asking because I’m tired of not being able to see at night.
Depos aren't going to be much better than stock. Radioflyer's are the best because they use actual HID projectors. Depos are halogen projectors, and cheap ones at that. Not to mention the ugly frog eye look. C5R headlights are almost as expensive as Radioflyer, but still use halogen. There is another company called Titan Lightz that is working on a fixed C5 headlights. No word on what projectors he is using, but they look to be Morimoto Mini H1 (the same as Radioflyer). Cost is around $1k for the Titan Lightz, but no delivery date yet.

Fixed "frog eye" headlights are as "ugly as sin". When I bought used C5, it came with HID projectors installed in the pop-up headlights. Don't know the brand or anything else, but I have seen other C5s with this same set-up.
Just a heads up if its gonna be a while til you grab the SLCs or whatever, you can do the 9012 bulb swap for low beam which will about double your usable output on the road without blinding everyone else with glare and losing distance output to light scatter like HIDs and LEDs do when slapped into halogen reflector housings.
Takes a minute to modify the bulb to work and cheap. Nice white output color too.

I just did the 9011 and 9012 HIR update to my 2000 C5 FRC and I am pretty happy with the improvement in the amount of light my low and high beams are putting out. I can see were using the high beams as a low beam would be a significant improvement even in the 9011/9012 bulbs makes but don't think it is needed.
The low beam is significantly brighter and the light much whiter and over all I am really happy with the improvement. I have been dealing with the lousy c5 headlights for the last 16 years and can't believe the amount of difference these bulbs made.
I did mine for less than 80 dollars for low and high beams from Amazon and I used the Phillips 9011 HIR and 9012 HIR2. The modifications to the bulb seats is easy to do with a finger nail clipper, just take your time and make small changes and test fit till it seats properly.
I would not recommend using 9011 or 9005 in place of a 9012 or 9006. 9006 and 9012 are low beam bulbs that have glare shields painted onto the ends of the bulbs. The high beam bulbs do not have this which will cause blinding glare to everyone else on the road just like slapping HIDs or LEDs into factory halogen headlight housings.
Those Titan Lightz headlights look pretty slick. Still too expensive for my taste, but good to see some real competition for decent looking fixed headlights. Maybe it'll make prices come down after a while.
Hello, VetteVillains is the way to go. Have bought numerous items from them for my 2000 vette. Brian or Justin are the individuals that own the company.
