2003 shift control cable question

Does anyone know what VIN number designated the change in shift control cables for 2003 year Corvettes? I show both GM part #12561688 (2002-2003) and 10352529 (2003-2005). I kinda assume it would be the same time as the fuel system switched to FFS, but want to be positive before ordering.

Are you ordering a spare, or is it because it failed? If it is the latter, probably there's no need to replace the whole shift cable. What usually happens is that the bushings are gone and they are the only things that need to be replaced.

All you need is the

Dorman 14057

kit. Use the white bushings (the orange ones are for Ford):

Thanks! Ordering a spare. Been on the internet trying to find an answer, but it seems quite elusive. Best I can find is the vague "early 2003 Corvettes use 12561688" reference. I bet someone on here will know. This forum hasn't failed me yet.
