I know there a lot of options out there! I'd light to get the best bang for the buck for around $140 or less for both high and low beams. Looking for simple install, plug and play.

For around $140 total?
After over 4 years of ownership I had the worst drive of my time with it last weekend. 45 minute drive home on some unfamiliar streets and heavy rain, plus crappy stock lights = poor visibility/ride. Sucked big.
My previous DD was a BMW 325i with Zenon lighting, wow.
As rare as my driving in poor weather other than to and from work is, I am curious about better lighting more to the OP's budget TBH.
Watching.
