C5 Led lights
I had a hard time removing the old bulbs on both sides, because the bracket that "holds" the bulb in place was tightened to much, and the bulb wouldn't turn.
That bracket is held on by a couple of screws.
Had to remove the entire light housing to loosen the hold down which keeps the bulb in the housing.
When I installed the new led's, I was careful to make sure the bracket with the screws was neither too tight, or too loose.
I think if it were too loose, and putting the new bulb in was an "easy" turn, that bracket is too loose, and the rear housing on the new bulb would be sticking out too far, and cause interference with the headlight doors closing, or opening.
Just something to make sure of when installing new bulbs.
This is the bracket that holds the bulb in place.
I copied it from another thread

In the mean time, flash the high beams when you try to close them and they should close for you (as long as the high beams are halogen bulbs still).

Like I said above, the only issue I had was the bracket that the bulb slips into was so tight, I couldn't get the old bulbs out to replace them with the led bulbs.
Once I removed the entire housing, adjustment was easy.

They emit a pretty good amount of heat (they have to use energy to add resistance some way) so I always recommend mounting them to a large piece of metal or using zip ties to suspend them in the air (you don't want them near plastic or wiring).
