Default Windshield Wipers Won't Stop

I've read a lot about this but i can't pinpoint the problem, i would appreciate everyones opinion. First thing i checked were the udders, they were completely clean, nothing inside whatsoever. Second thing i did was calibrate according to this video with no luck:

Third i bought a new switch and replaced it, no change.
Here is a video of it on intermittent then turning the switch to off with it failing to stop at park, you can see the difference from the video above.

Does this mean i should get a new wiper motor, or is it something else?

I just replaced mine after finding clogged udders. I cut the udders to allow more flow (haven't heard a compelling argument against cutting the driver's side ones) and replaced the wiper motor. It's a little off and I had a hard time getting the wipers to rest on their stops. Took the wipers off and had to put them on past the resting block, now it rests well. I'm hoping the auto zone wiper motor will last as this is a daily driver!
