You can go to most any speed shop and get what they call an 'electronic flasher " for your bralke lights or turn signals As far as your tail lights or backup lights are concerned there should be no issue most of the time LED lights use such low amperage draw that the stock mechanical relays and flashers will not work But if you get a digital relay or flasher they can operate on very low amperage draws
I installed led taillight bulbs and led backup lights. The led taillights caused some crazy symptoms. I cannot recall every detail but I remember it causing a dic code and would not flash properly. I did have a hyperflash harness installed.
The only way I could get the turn signals to work properly was to install two incandescent with two leds. I ran it that way until I later purchased LED tail lights. I believe I could have also added resistors with the led bulbs and that would have solved the issue with the bulbs. I just did not want to use resistors and thus got a great deal on a set of led taillights.
Couple of things... Buy bulbs that match the color of your lenses. The brightness and color will be better. Also, the RF signal can interfere with your radio signal. When I have my foot on the brake or a turn signal on, I get static in the radio.
I have LED lights in the tail lights and front marker / DRLs. I also have a hyperflash harness. The tails are 35 watt CREE bulbs.
