Default 1999 corvette

Has anyone heard of a vacuum hose for power booster collapsing? I have front brake issues. When i drive car and park in garage the front brakes stay on until i unplug vacuum line from power booster. I've changed M/cylinder, power booster, proportional valve, front brake flex lines. rebuilt calipers, turned rotors and new pads. Any ideas?
