semi new build. Scdc built 383 (from a 5.3 iron block), heads, cam, Ti trim supercharger, exhaust, 80# injectors, alky injection.
Last year it was on 60# injectors and a p1sc and it would run a little warm but this year after the new parts I feel like I’m getting hot! 240 engine oil temp and 230 engine coolant temp after about 30-40 min of cruising “the Ave”. I did hit quite a few light but zero pulls were done and no harsh driving. After one pull ect spiked to 239*. Fresh oil in it and coolant is 2,000 ish miles old. Stock fans and radiator. I believe both fans are told to kick on at 190.

ok, those changes shouldn't cause any rise in temps especially not that drastic... what temp was it running at previously?... verify that both fans are turning on, make sure there is no air in the cooling system, and check for and clean any debris from the radiator/condenser/intercooler fins... it might be time for that dewitts/spal upgrade

absolutely looking into radiator, fan, and oil cooler upgrades. I have burped the steam vents, checked the pressure cap, and pressure checked the system.
Mine is procharged with an iron block and stays around 195-200 in the heat of the day with the ac on it will get to 215-220. My oil temps have been anywhere from 230-245 gonna look into an oil cooler for that. My cooling system is a dewitts radiator and the stock fans along with a stock thermostat and water pump
