97 has clunking noise
Hello new user and first time poster. I picked up a 97 6 speed a couple of months ago and noticed that after it has been driven a few miles it has a clunking noise coming from the rear end when shifting in to reverse, 1st and sometimes 2nd. It has 65000 miles and only does it after warm up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Might be a loose axle nut. Take off hub caps. Get someone to watch and listen to each side rear axle nuts while you shift forward to reverse. If you can see or hear slack you need to re-torque them.
