No start and P0108/P1514

No start and P0108/P1514
99 FRC S/C was left in garage for not starting. It runs about 1-2 seconds and dies. Fuel pressure is normal and it throws 3 codes:
P0102 (MAF, there is not such present)
P0108 (MAP)
P1514 (Throttle)
Now the T/B has been replaced with another one without any improvement.
TAC connectors have been investigated and cleaned. The same has been done to T/B and TPS sensor connectors.
MAP sensor shows 105 KPa while the iginition is on (tested with hptuners). While cranking it’s about 104 KPa. MAP signal shows 3.95V with ignition on (does not fit to either 1 bar nor 2 bar scale but could it prevent starting?).
