Air conditioner started blowing out hot air, turn signals blicking real fast, only back tail lights are working, when turn signals are turned on, no front signals, headlights will not pop up, radio center console lights not working, after car is turned off, clicking sound coming from passenger side of the vehicle, ( engine bay area), all this started after going over railroad tracks, at a very slow speed? When turn signals are turned on to the left or right, both lights on the one side are blinking

It it were me, I would start by cleaning the two ground blocks on the frame rails in the engine compartment. They come apart for easy cleaning. It's common to have ground issues with these cars. When you think you have everything cleaned, clean them some more. I ended up running a second ground strap from the ground block to the hood hinge for a better ground.

You may also have a Hazzard switch bad. They are easily replaced or you can by a bypass mod for it. Plenty of links on here and on youtube for both. I'd start with the grounds.

Yes, grounding is the issue. Try pulling the battery cables, cleaning them and reseating properly. You also get the benefit of a "hard boot" of the computer.
