Fronts fit with no problems. rears will be sunk into the rear wheel wells a significant amount. If you like tht look you are golden. If you want the rear wheels to come flush to the rear fenders you will need a 1" wheel adapter. This is for base C6 wheels and NOT for the C6 Z06 or C6 Grandsport wheels.

Thank you for the quick response. If I utilize the 1 inch spacers, should I install longer wheel studs?

Get a wheel adapter and NOT spacers. Spacers would require longer studs and those are a royal PIA to install on the back of a C5. 
This is what a wheel adapter is:

For a C5 you need a 1" thick 5 stud on 4.75" to 5 stud on 4.75" adapter.
