Made my own out of scrap parts so it cost nothing. I found the diagram online somewhere and apparently didn't save it because I can't find it to post. It was simple and works great.

Just looked at the radio flyer website again and remembered that I used the diagram on their website to build my own. Super simple but the lights do pop up when you flash someone as discussed in the link above. Simple fix also, I just quit flashing people.
