I have just acquired a front set of C7 Z51 calipers. From my reading of this thread (plus this one; https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...n-c5-c6-3.html) you seem to have figured out the way to get these calipers on a C6.
If I understand correctly you use C7 upper and lower control arms, C7 knuckle, C5/6 bearings, and modified C7 steering arms?
Did you use C7 brake rotors as well?

I think hairymeister is saying that if you just want to use C7 knuckles on the front of a C5, the C5 control arms and hub assemblies will bolt on, but the steering arm is longer, which changes steering geometry a bit, and the taper of the tie rod end stud is different.
hairymeister, did you try C7 tie rod ends on C5 tie rods? Also, do you mind sharing the manufacturer/part number for that bump steer corrected steering arm, or is it an in-house fabricated part? I've seen similar ones in kits to retrofit C5/C6 spindles onto older muscle cars, but can't recognize that one from the pictures.

The front is:
C7 upper and lower control arms, knuckles, z51 brakes,C7 spindles,
C5 rack and pinion and C5 mount points. c5 sway bar and links
The rear is:
C7 upper control arm (with c5 bushings), knuckle, z06 wheel bearings (to match the Camaro axleshafts),
C5 lower control arm, c5 toe link (tapered the C7 knuckle to fit it), sway bar and links
I kept the factory steering arm in the front. Geometry works for me.
We do make a shorter bolt on arm, but I wanted factory specs on this.

Yeah, I like the C7 options for better and more common Brembo brakes.
I think the fronts will go right on, may keep the rear C6 and put front C5 calipers on the back.
To be clear, this is C7 arms and knuckles on a C6 geometry based sub frame that was built for a Camaro we did. Yes, the steering arms are cut off and we use a bump steer corrected arm. Not rocket science. It bolts to the unit bearing bolts, plenty strong.
Old thread, but this is confusing. That looks like a C6 knuckle that you have attached the steel steering arm to.
