Launch issues...
I have a stock 2002 Coupe MN6... can't seem to hook it up. 60's are 2.2-2.4 with times in the 13.0 - 13.10 range with 112-114mph traps. Leaving off idle is my only option on Run-Flats... Can't power shift the 3 -4 due to trans issues ( trans holds it in 4th after all hard 3 - 4 shifts...) Aside from Drag Radials how can I launch this thing....?

You should be able to get a 2.0 launch out of the runflats. You cannot dump the clutch. You have to leave the line like you would if you were trying to get across an intersection with a big truck coming right at you. If you spin the tires, you are going to get hit. If you give it to much gas, you will spin the tires. It's really difficult to do, but if you practice, you can do it.

Unfortunately, there is no magic solution to this problem. That said, however, 13.0/13.1 with that 60', stock and on RFs is not bad at all! You're either going to have to slip the heck out of your clutch ( :nono: ) or go for drag radials.

Heat up the tires really well and ease the clutch out when staged at about 1500 rpm . This should put you in the ballpark. Then keep raising the rpm's at launch should get you better 60' times. :cool:
