Default Turbo C5 CEL Help

Hey guys, I am throwing 10 codes right now and am looking for some insight/help where to start. I have a 2002 Z06, LS3, big single turbo; it runs great but the electrical issues are killing me. The codes I currently have are:
PCM
P0102H-MAF sensor circuit low frequency
P0103HC-MAF sensor circuit high frequency
P0443HC-EVAP purge solenoid control unit
P0530HC-A/C refrigerant pressure sensor circuit
P0645HC-A/C clutch relay control circuit
P1431HC-Fuel Level sensor 2 performance
P1638HC-Generator F-terminal/circuit
TCS
C1293H-Set in current or previous ignition cycle
LDCM
U1064H-Lost communication with BCM
RDCM
U1064H-Lost communication with BCM

Occasionally if I have the car under high load in 2nd/3rd gear, the car will immediately throw itself into safety mode and give me reduced engine power, if I shut the car off and wait a second, I can fire it right back up and drive away. (we think the TB may be ported too far and the blade is completely flipping around, causing the car to do this?)

My fuel gauge is not close to accurate, when I am actually empty, the car reads 3/4 tank.

My door lights/footwell lights/reverse lights blink as the car is on/running.

When I start the car it gives me all sorts of messages about traction control and needing to have the car serviced.

The car has been completely rewired and tucked, but on the previous car there were no issues, now on my car I have all of these codes and slight driving issues. I know I need to go through the 10/13? grounds and make sure everything is clean and tight, but anything else anyone can think of before I start throwing parts at it?

I am not good with electrical by any means so please ask any questions for clarification, and thank you in advance!!

-Connor

What do you mean “on the preious car?” Was the wiring swapped over from another vehicle? What are you tuned with? Speed density or MAF tune?

I took a complete setup from a friends car and he took my stock cammed setup. The wiring was already sone for the ls3 so it was easiest. That car had no issues and no codes. HP tuners, speed density. Thanks!

So what, exactly, was swapped from car to car and what year was the car that you swapped them with? The wiring on the C5 can vary from model year to model year.

We swapped motors (his LS3 for my LS6), complete turbo kit, the entire wiring harness from front to back and fuel systems (tanks included, up to rails). Basically the cars were stripped and swapped; he had none of these issues other than the car going into safety mode when beating on the car which he believes is from a TB that was ported too far and the blade is spinning completely around. Both cars are 2002 Z06's.

You should be able to disable the MAF codes in HPTuners since you are running speed density. Try to clear the Historical codes and see if they return, if not you can cross those off the list. Check and clean all grounds in the engine bay, especially the ones on the back of the heads.

Some plugs in the harness are interchangeable with other plugs/sensors so it wouldn't be a bad idea to go back through and make sure you have everything connected where it is supposed to be.

PCM
P0102H-MAF sensor circuit low frequency(Turn off)
P0103HC-MAF sensor circuit high frequency(Turn off)
P0443HC-EVAP purge solenoid control unit(Is this removed? Should have pink and dark green wires)
P0530HC-A/C refrigerant pressure sensor circuit(Check wiring, should be Black, Gray, Red/Black wires)
P0645HC-A/C clutch relay control circuit
P1431HC-Fuel Level sensor 2 performance (This is the passenger side sensor, was anything changed in the fuel system?)
P1638HC-Generator F-terminal/circuit (This is the gray wire going to the Alternator 4 pin plug, pin 52 on one of the PCM plugs to pin F on the Alt)
TCS
C1293H-Set in current or previous ignition cycle
LDCM
U1064H-Lost communication with BCM
RDCM
U1064H-Lost communication with BCM

This is a good resource to help you track it down

Thank you!! All codes come back every time I clear them, this has been since the swap. I plan to go through the whole car and double check everything in the coming weeks, I'll see what happens.

Again, thanks a ton for the help, I appreciate it.
