I have the 3 volume set of the service manual for my 99 vette. In the service manual it talks about and shows the caster and camber adjustment on the front suspension. I'm a bit confused, as the diagrams show the exact same two cam bolts, for both the caster and camber adjustments. It also shows the shims, but again the same shims affect both adjustments? Are the diagrams incorrect, or am I missing something (other than lack of knowledge)?

Thanks. I've taken it to five different shops and all have declined to do an alignment. The last one because the targets they used would have scratched the custom wheels. Their targets clamped on the rim. The fellow told me, I needed targets that clamp to the tire, and then recommended shop number 6, who said they have the right targets. I'll see how that turns out Monday morning.
There are 2 bolts in the lower control arm. They both affect camber and caster. You need to adjust both to get into spec.
That is correct. While moving both of these bolts, simultaneously, and equally, will adjust the camber, moving the rearmost bolt by itself, will also will pivot the lower end of the spindle "to and fro", which adjusts the caster angle.
