Bought a set of Z06 chrome wheels from a vendor in fla. They are not oem. I have had the chev story replace the o-ring on the sensor for the left front 3 times, but it still leaks. Needs air every 2 days. Chevy store doesn't know what to do. Any suggestions  :mad
Sorry to hear about your wheels leaking air... If you dont have a swimming pool and you dont want to borrow your neighbors at midnight... mix up some dishwashing soap and water in a spraybottle and spray the wheel and tire down real good. You will see in a few seconds or at the most a few min. where the assembly is leaking. :yesnod:
Have you called the vender of the wheels? Some aftermarket wheel makers send a thicker/different design set of o-rings for their wheels. Sounds like you are using the OEM o-rings on a wheel that isn't exactly like the factory wheel, thus you'll need the thicker o-rings.
As you know Mike, I have wheels from the same vendor and they don't leak at all. They are better than stock. I assume we received the same o-rings with our wheels. Suggest you try submerging the wheels. Even if the tire people say they did it. They may have sprayed them and that is not always full proof.
