Looking of some information on the DIC for my 2002 c5. the Dic went dark, the rest of t he panel works, fuel, oil, etc. when I start the car, it seems as if there is information been sent to the dic. I can hit the reset button and I hear the distinct sound beep that something is being cleared. But no display at all. could this be a result of a blow fuse? or a BCM issue. I also have a locked steering conditions going on. I changed the battery and i have a full charge on it. So don't think its a voltage issue, voltage = 11.8vdc any thouhts would be hepful
