A little help with fuses
I lost the hood lamp,rearview mirror lights and vanity light in the visors but foot well and cargo lights still work. Do the non working lights fall under courtesy lights and omron fuse 42? Seems odd.I have checked all the normal fuses.
I am awaiting delivery of a service manual.

You probably haven't checked but you also lost the light in the glove box. 
Not related to the courtesy lights and #42 is a relay and NOT a fuse.
Fuse #2 in the passenger foot well fuse box. 10A and referred to as "Monitored (Inadvertent) Load Control" which is related to relay #37 and has the same name as the fuse #2.
