Default Torque Tube Rebuild Pre-planning

Seems my shifter is getting rather noisy as well as the typical TT rattle I see is common for 50k miles.
So pulling the TT will facilitate the R&R of a few other items that might require maintenance or replacement.
I 'm one that will replace any part or component during this process as doing this again is not my plan.
So my question to those who have "been there" and "done that" is what parts can I expect to remove/replace?
I'm not worried about spending a few extra bucks.
Clutch? Slave cyl?
Upgrade the tunnel plate?

Any suggestions are welcome

I just bought bearings and couplers to do mine, haven't gotten everything apart yet. I will definitely have a look at the clutch and might replace the slave....have to see. I spent about $300 on bearings and couplers, but I bought GM couplers as I don't trust any of the others.

I'm also interested in the collective wisdom of this group. I have a light tranny fluid leak between the transmission and extension housing. It's all coming out this winter and I don't plan on doing it again, so would like to replace all that I can.

If you are familiar with this project, could you also list specific gaskets that would need replacing from bell housing to rear diff and any "specialty" tools (ie. pilot bearing puller) needed to complete all aspects of this job.

Renew the couplers and bearings, as well as the clutch slave.
Check your clutch while you're in there and change the pilot bearing.
Use a stock GM pilot bearing, no solid one as this will kill your input shaft and those things are f***ing expensive.
