If you have the "Electronic Climate Control " unit then chances are it's the Drivers Side Blend Door Actuator that needs to be replaced.
Do a Forum "search" on Blend Door Actuators....plenty of topics on trouble shooting and repair along with OEM and Aftermarket part numbers.

As mentioned above, check your codes to see if the blend door actuators are reporting any problem.

On the other hand, it could be that it might be just a little low on refrigerant and this is a typical symptom for this problem as well.

Check your pressures against the chart below. Make sure you take your readings with:
  • Engine @ 2000 rpm
  • A/C in coldest setting
  • Fan at maximum speed
  • Both windows down
  • Thermometer in center air vent

When adding refrigerant, pay attention to both pressures, otherwise you might end up with the high side sky-high trying to get the low side to the chart's value.

Let us know how it goes.

You could also attempt to recalibrate the blend doors following the procedure below.

1. Turn OFF the ignition.

2. Remove the battery positive voltage circuit fuse of the HVAC Control Module (fuse 27, located in the passenger's side floorboard by the BCM).

3. Wait 60 seconds.

Important
The module memory will not clear if the battery positive voltage circuit fuse is installed in less than 60 seconds.

4. Install the fuse.

Blend door actuators, hoses are vacuum and dry out, crack causing loss of vacuum.

I just recently had a similar problem with my 03. but I had no cold air coming out of any vent. When I checked the codes it showed B0361 and B 0441. Both where the driver side blend door actuator. So I preceded to replace it. A real PITA but got it done. Sadly the was not the problem. The actuator was working, not sure why I got the codes. Turns out it was the oriface filter. If you try it, you have to remove the drivers seat. There are some posts about how to do it. Check out my thread on my problem (No a\c in Phoenix) you'll find help there. Good luck.
