Default DIC Buttons aren't working

2000 Corvette C5 None of my DIC buttons work except for the Metric units one (the one that changes the dash to kilometers instead of miles). The lights still illuminate and I can still see messages on my dash, for example it still tells me things like low oil pressure or low tire pressure.

Welcome to the forum!

So, if it were me and as you have described... I'd first pull the battery cable and wait a few minutes before reconnecting so as to "hard boot" the computer. Sometimes that works.

If that fails, I'd swap out your DIC. The fact that you are getting some functions (E/M) and not other tells me you have connectivity to your ECU but your DIC may be DIC-ed up.

I also unplugged my negative battery cable, worked on some other things, plugged it back in, and so far they started working again. Worth a try
