Code BO441 is: Left Actuator Out of Range. What does that mean and how do I fix?
Driver's side blows hot when I have cold selected.
One of two things would need to be done. You can try the Re-indexing Actuator procedure or the left side Blend Door Actuator will need to be replaced.
Clear the HVAC Codes, pull the HVAC fuse for a minute or two and reinstall fuse. If all goes well you SHOULD hear both actuators operating and resetting themselves.
Operate AC , check to see if the left side blows cold air. If yes you;re good to go. If not pull the HVAC codes again and see if B0441 came up again. If so you;ll have to tear apart the dash to replace the actuator

Thank you SG Lou. Your advice on how to fix my left actuator problem was very helpful and clear. I will try clearing the HVAC codes and remove the HVAC fuse for a minute or two as you suggested. For a while I was able to get the cold on the left side to work by turning the driver's side **** quickly back and forth (hot to cold) several times in succession. However after performing the steering column lock LMC5 bypass procedure, it no longer works. I'm pretty sure once all is said and done I'll have to tear apart the dash and replace the actuator...Uugh! Thanks again for your sage advice and quick response, it's much appreciated.
