You can remove the F/P relay (you can swap the FP relay with the horn relay...it sits diagonally from the FP relay and see if the fuel pump runs and has its 2 second prime with KOEO) if no good jump pins 30 and 87 at the fuse box...if pump works now you can rule out a bad pump...now it's either a bad F/P relay or you don't have "control" at the pump relay (pins 85 and 86)...whatever you do make sure you DON'T jumper 85 and 86 or you can fry your PCM !!...you can check for control with a 12 volt test light....if you need guidance on how to perform this check let me know !!
p.s. If you decide you use a multimeter you might see something when checking "control" that might make you think that the pump should be operating with what you're seeing on the multimeter...just a heads up !!
