What's your budget?
What type of sound do you like?
Headers; the TSP and XSP are OK if you can live with the sporadic fitment issues. Otherwise keep your eyes open for used ARH, Kooks, LG...
Mufflers is very individual; all about the sound you like (as the power increase is none to minimal). With headers, aftermarket cats, X I'm somewhat OK with the Ti that came with the car. I like Corsa, but others are nice also. Listen to YouTube, or in person at a car meet if you can.

I had 1-3/4 TSP's on my LS1 w/3" Catted X-pipe into a used set of Z06 TI mufflers/catback. I loved that sound. Not so obnoxious as many of the aftermarket setups and I'd never do it without cats that also help considerably to muffle the car. I wanted my car as quiet as that motor could be, while still breathing well. I thought it was the nicest sounding C5 I ever heard. Loud for the sake of loud ain't for me. I'm not 16 any more. (actually, even at 16 I didn't like that. I wanted mean sounding, not loud).
