Coolant temp c5. Also hud display dissappeared.

Coolant temp c5. Also hud display dissappeared.
Is a 2000 coolant flashed on display 196 degrees ok . Oil is 213. Have not driven it in awhile. Also hud display has dissappeared. Any suggestions. And wipers stopped in same position. Have not been able to drive in awhile.thanks anyone. I appreciate any tips.

196 is within nirmal range. Mine will go up to about 225 before the fans kick in
wipers.- if they work, but pause or stop in the wrong place, search the forum for wiper park.
