Looks like the AIR pump/system. Any mods to the car?

You have just the P0410 ??...when the PCM does the test of the AIR system when the car is in closed loop the PCM expects to see the O2 signals go lean...low millivolts and the short term fuel trims should be high...if it doesn't see this for a certain time frame...can't remember the exact time...it sets the DTC .either fuel trims or O2 sensor signal will set it...having a bi-directional scan tool where you can turn on the AIR pump would be golden...try swapping the AIR pump relay with another..I use the horn relay...or try to check power and grounds at the pump... The AIR pump might be inop or you might have a vacuum leak in the system or a check valve stuck...the PCM is expecting that fuel trim to go positive ...just like a vacuum leak...When I had this issue with my "01 smacking the check valve and some Brake Kleen (or similar) seemed to fix it...never came back...the r/h check valve is a LITTLE more difficult to access !!...WARNING WARNING !!!..AFTER READING THIS DON’T CHANGE THE O2 SENSORS !!
