No comms for HVAC and BO-RFA

No comms for HVAC and BO-RFA
When I started my car yesterday the Climate Control Module (dual zone) was completely blank and HVAC did not work at all. Resistors were fixed a couple years ago and was working fine two weeks ago. When I attempted to pull the codes I received HVAC no comms.
Today I checked all the HVAC fuses, both on the passenger side and engine compartment, and all were good. I put everything back together and in addition to the HVAC no comms I now have BO-RFA no comms. I also received a service engine soon, check tire pressure and cannot pair my remote FOB.
No other codes.
2000 coupe, no significant mods. I did repair the external temperature sensor over a month ago, but car and HVAC were working fine.
