I have a 2003 convertible with a standard 6-speed. It is stock except for the Magna-Flow cat-back. The car is starting to run hot, especially if it is not moving. Even when moving it is up around 210-215. I pulled the stock radiator a few years ago and cleaned all the crap out of it but it was full of coarse sand that was embedded in the fins. I got a lot out but not all. I also replaced all the hoses and the thermostat at that time. It helped a little but the temp is starting to climb again. I want to get a DeWitt's radiator and there are two listed at Ecklers, one for $599 and another for $679. Both are for standard shift vehicles. Has anyone used one of these? I am not seeing a difference to justify the two prices. Thanks.

make sure your fans are working properly, they are very problematic on these cars... if that checks out find a tuner and pay him to adjust the fan settings and that will help the car run cooler

Use compressed air to blast your radiator. Back through to front. It works 99% of the time. It'd be one hell of a radiator issue to have that not work.
Failing that, a DeWitts radiator (no integrated oil cooler nor trans cooler) + SPAL fans worked wonders for my supercharged setup. Great kit. It was odd they never responded to my email asking about construction of the integrated cooler setup, so I just got the standard type - which is good, since the usual recommendation for setups like mine is to do the other coolers separately anyways.
The funny part is that at idle, the SPAL fans are actually louder than my exhaust. It sounds like a little jet engine.
if you do end up deciding to go with a DeWitts, a little birdie on here mentioned January'd be a better time to buy one direct from the company... just sayin'
