shocks inoperative and maximum speed 80 mph...
My 2003 Corvette have diagnostic codes on RTD 584 and 691 Current... The control panel display shows "Service Ride Control, Schocks Inop, Max Speed 80 MPH". The car has 28,000 miles with no modifications... any suggestions or ideas for the new member. Thank you!

DTC C0691 is an internal failure of the Electronic Suspension Control Module (ESC)
According to the Service manual repair means replacing the ESC.
More than likely the C0691 is the cause of the C0584.
Before I did anything I would be checking Fuse #51 in the engine compartment fuse box.
