I've spent several hours reading through the DIY's for the EBCM. The part number that pulls up, for the relay, is no longer available from anywhere I can find.

Is there a replacement that I am not aware of?

Ok, just soldered the cold joints and C1214 and all other codes GONE!

I'm trying to find out the same thing... but you just re-soldered where the relay connects to the board?
