Default O2 sensor code?

Hi everyone,
I’m from over in the UK and I have just had the error code come up after having a run and opening the car up....
It has had a remap by previous owner due to aftermarket exhaust, but has never had the code come up before..

P0137 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

Could it be a faulty sensor that just needs replacing??
Many thanks

Yes it could be, or the wiring to the sensor. Check fuse number 15 also

thanks again

It would be the driver's side AFTER the converter(downstream).

As others have said could be wiring or a sensor. 4 heater DTC’s would set if fuse 15 were blown !!
