Could I use C6 Z06 wheels for my 99 coupe with 2 inch flared back fenders?

Yes, I believe you need spacers for the rear.

AFAIK, all stock C6 rear wheels need spacers to fit a c5

That’s way too much of an open question my friend. You need to narrow it down somehow. If you don’t want to deal with spacers or adapters stick to c5 wheels.

Go with a wider rear wheel. Stock c5Z06 wheels are 10 1/2”. I’m sure you can find 12’s.
