My 03 Z06 transmission Issue

In my 03 ZO6 from 3rd to 4th, it just started to catch, it doesn't do it from any other gears. Any ideas
what I need to look at? I only have 31K miles on it

possibly a problem with the 3 pc blocker rings or plastic tabs broken/melted off fork

Or a bent 3-4 fork? I believe they are aluminum and bend easily if abused.

03 and up was changed to steel 3-4 forks
