Default 98 C5 Passenger seat electrical issues

Ran into some electrical issues over the last 2 weeks with my passenger seats. The lumbar controls and the forward/back controls move of their own accord and I am unsure why. The drivers seat used to do this so I had it unplugged for a few months, and plugged it in and it started to work again. I believe that the passenger seat might have a lose wire or some ground issues, but I wanted to hear if anybody has a way to fix this and make the seat usable again. The car does this whether or not the car is running or not, and it will do it when i start to disconnect the battery, but only the passenger seat.

Woke up this morning to try and get the seat taken apart, and the passenger side controls were wet. In fact, underneath the passenger seat and on the sides were wet, but not the front footwell area. I've read that the udders usually cause leaks near the bcm and fuse box, but that area is completely dry.

Solving my own issue here, the roof is leaking from the passenger side seal and is leaking into the bottom of the passenger area. This in turn is making the carpet and seat controls damp and causing my seat electrical issues as neither fuse for the passenger control or lumbar (36 and 3) are burnt out.
