Default Incorrect Exterior Temperature Reading

Does anyone know if there is an adjustment for the exterior temperature on the air conditioner readout? My exterior temperature consistently shows 4-5 degrees warmer than it actually is. I don't really care, but if it can be easily adjusted, why not.

Mine is the same. It would be nice if you could calibrate it.

The problem is you will be changing it all of the time due to road temps.
I have seen 136 on mine when the car has been sitting in the parking lot.
Most of the time I am 4 -6 high while driving due to road temps.

Just my .02 :)

Mine used to read super low. It never bothered me until one day when I was in Las Vegas in 120 degree heat. As Murphy's law goes, that was the day the AC decided to NOT turn on because it was "sensing" cold outside temps. The dealer replaced the exterior temp sensor AND the in-dash control unit. It seems like they were guessing what the actual problem was; but replacing both fixed the problem. That was OKAY because GMPP footed the bill. But now the AC unit looks much newer/cleaner than the radio. . . . .
