Help. LMC5 didn’t fix it

Column lock
I have been having stalling issues with my 99 C5. Intermittently the car will stall when it gets above 2 mph. Sometimes it is fine after restarting. Other times it takes several tries. From what I have read here, i believe this has to do with the column lock recall. My car had an older CLBM. Also, per a VIN check at the dealer, the recall was performed in 2001. I removed the old CLBM and installed an LMC5 module. The car is still intermittently stalling above 2mph. My column does not lock, even with the key removed. I am not getting any “remove key” messages and there are no codes on the DIC. What do I do next?

Just a quick update. I have spent hours on the phone with compliance parts over the last week. Their tech guy Richard is awesome. He says it is probably a bad BCM. So my options at this point are buy a BCM and cross my fingers or find someone with an HP tuner

I put mine in prolly 7 years ago. The column lock warning is back. But no issues whatsoever. I have gone through a couple of batteries since then. But ever since the last battery it’s been on a tender. What could be the issue. I’ve driven the car maybe 200 miles in 3 years. 2003 z06. 12k miles
