Driver information center inop

The last time I drove the car the DIC was stuck on Trip mileage 2 . I had to disconnect the battery voltage to get it to return to the
odometer reading . Now the DIC is inop. none of the switches function. I tried to get the DTC's but the display wouldn't change.
I checked the IPC fuses and they are good.
Unrelated to that my dash lights that illuminate the gauges or the instrument panel are not working either. I am not familiar with all of the
abriveations that corvette uses in the fuse box or their repair manual yet, so what would they call the instrument lighting?
Are these issues controlled by the body control module?

What's your battery's voltage currently reading ? An insufficiently charged battery along with bad or weak grounds can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins on our C5's.
