Electronic air keeps shutting off
Hello everyone; I have a 2000 Nassau Blue coupe , 49,000 miles, with electronic a/c as one of these options.
My problem is that the a/c compressor keeps shutting off. (Yellow light goes out) Sometimes, I can push the a'c button on
several times, (every 10 seconds or so) and finally, MOST times,the a/c stays on and cools nicely. Other times, I can't
get the compressor to stay on. I have put gauges on and, according to the chart I got from this forum, The pressures are good.
I will say, the a/c worked perfectly, until I disconnected the battery to remove the radio to send in for a aux jack installation, 6 months ago.
After that, my a/c problems started. I rented a vacuum pump and completely vacuumed the system down, and installed the proper amount of R134
I did not add in PAG oil. (didn't know how to get it in the system). The a/c worked fine for several months, until now.
I am not soliciting sympathy, but I have cancer and don't have several hundred dollars for a/c repair. I am hoping that it is something simple.
any thoughts from anyone in this forum?? P.S. I live in Florida, so I'm trying to get the a/c working before it gets HOT (March)

OK....Pulled the codes. I had 3
0530H Refrigerant Pressure Circuit
U1040H ?
B0361HC Left Actuator Short to ground
I knew I needed to replace the left actuator. The other 2 codes.....Not sure what to do.....HELP please!!
